SMTA Guadalajara Mexico Expo 2025
Mexico is leading destination for high to medium volume manufacturing, servicing the North America. In recent months, it has been the largest exporter to the United States. It is currently emerging form a four-month slowdown with increased demand for consumer and industrial products on all levels.
SMTA Guadalajara Expo is the largest and most important electronics manufacturing event in Mexico. The show is growing rapidly, year-on-year and is supported by every major supplier and distributor of electronics assembly equipment, materials and services.
Anda Technologies, a leading provider of fluid application and custom automated manufacturing equipment, showcased its latest innovations at booth during the 2025 SMTA Guadalajara EXPO in Mexico. The event was held September 17-18, 2025 at the Expo Guadalajara, Mexico. At this year’s event, Anda placed a spotlight on the large platform working areas available in its dispensing and curing systems—offering manufacturers the ability to process larger substrates, handle multiple products per cycle, and easily adapt to complex applications across industries such as automotive and consumer electronics. These capabilities enable manufacturers to take on more diverse and demanding applications, from automotive power modules to high-volume consumer devices.
Anda Technologies Wins Mexico Technology Awards for Curing at SMTA Guadalajara 2025
Anda Technologies have a 2025 Mexico Technology Award in the category of Curing for its iCure-F Series Inline Convection Curing Oven. The award was presented during a ceremony held at SMTA Guadalajara on September 17, 2025, celebrating innovation and excellence in electronics manufacturing across the region.
We are pleased that our innovative technologies have won this important industry awards. At Anda, we are committed to delivering solutions that enhance productivity, quality, and reliability for our valued customers.
The iCure-F Series is a high-performance inline convection oven engineered for the precise and uniform curing of underfill, epoxy, conformal coatings, and other heat-curable materials. Designed with high-volume production in mind, the iCure-F can accommodate multiple densely populated PCBs simultaneously, delivering consistent heat distribution with ±5°C temperature accuracy and maximum curing temperatures of up to 150°C.
“We are honored to receive this prestigious recognition at SMTA Guadalajara,” said Abby Tsoi, CEO of Anda Technologies. “The iCure-F Series is designed to give manufacturers the precision and flexibility needed to meet the demands of today’s complex electronics production environments.”
The iCure-F features multi-zone independent temperature control, top and bottom simultaneous curing, and SMEMA-compliant communication for seamless integration into factory automation lines. Its compact footprint, variable speed pin chain conveyor, and optional return conveyor system make it both space-efficient and highly scalable.
With stainless steel construction, rail expansion compensation, thermal couple process control, and user-friendly implementation, the iCure-F Series is a game-changing solution for manufacturers seeking improved throughput, reduced defects, and enhanced process consistency.
The Mexico Technology Awards recognize the most recent technological innovations in Mexico's manufacturing landscape, spotlighting achievements by OEM manufacturing equipment and materials suppliers over the past year.
