With the development of economy, precision dispensers are widely used in the electronics industry, lighting industry, automobile industry, industrial electrical, solar photovoltaic, construction engineering and other industries. The most common problem encountered by precision dispensers is the valve problem. The following are effective methods to solve the problems that often occur when the valve is used:
1. The glue nozzle is blocked
Reason: The pinhole of the precision dispenser is not completely cleaned, impurities are mixed in the patch glue, the hole is blocked, and the incompatible glue is mixed, resulting in a small amount of glue from the nozzle or no glue dispensing.
Solution: Change a clean needle and a better quality patch glue. The grade of the patch glue should not be mistaken.
2. The valve is dripping
Reason: The diameter of the needle used in the precision dispenser is too small. If the needle is too small, it will affect the bubble discharge action when the valve starts to use, affect the flow of the liquid and cause back pressure, resulting in dripping shortly after the valve is closed.
Solution: Just replace the larger needle to solve this problem. In addition, the air in the liquid will leak after the glue valve is closed. It is best to remove the air in the liquid in advance, or switch to a glue that is not easy to contain bubbles, or degas the glue by centrifugation before use.
3. The flow rate is too slow
Reason: The pipeline of the precision dispenser is too long or too narrow, the nozzle air pressure is insufficient, and the dispensing flow rate is too slow.
Solution: Change the pipeline of the precision dispenser from 1/4” to 3/8”. The pipeline should be as short as possible if it is not necessary. In addition, the glue port and air pressure should be improved to speed up the flow rate.
4. There are bubbles in the fluid
Reason: Due to the excessive fluid pressure and the short valve opening time, the precision dispenser may infiltrate the liquid into the liquid and cause bubbles.
Solution: Reduce the fluid pressure and use a tapered oblique needle.
5. Inconsistent glue size
Reason: The pressure cylinder or the air pressure of the precision dispenser is unstable, resulting in uneven glue output and inconsistent sizes.
Solution: Avoid using the low pressure part of the pressure gauge. The control pressure of the glue valve should be at least 60psi to ensure stable glue output. Finally, check the glue time. If it is less than 15/1000 seconds, the glue will be unstable. The longer the glue time, the more stable the glue will be.
The above content is about the common failure causes and solutions of precision dispensers. I believe everyone has an understanding. These common problems of precision dispensers can be large or small, and users can quickly solve these problems as long as they master the correct solutions.
