The double-layer lifting transfer robot is used for the automated delivery and loading/unloading of board carriers in 3C electronics SMT workshop production lines, including the board collection and board delivery machines. Double-layer independent lifting mechanism provides greater flexibility and higher compatibility when docking with board collection and delivery machines. Integration with WMS, MES, and ERP systems enables intelligent scheduling based on production plans, realizing intelligent monitoring of material data during the production process.
