The roller lifting robot completes material transportation and delivery by connecting rollers with station materials. The lifting mechanism adjusts the roller surface height, enabling docking with workstations at various heights. It is mainly used for automatic material handling and loading/unloading between multiple workstations, effectively reducing labor intensity and lowering human resource costs. The machine is equipped with self-developed control system, which can be integrated with WMS, MES, ERP systems. The roller lifting robot supports unmanned material transport and intelligent scheduling based on the production plan, providing intelligent monitoring of material data throughout the process.
